The LP2981AIM5-3.0/NOPB is a 3V fixed output ultra-low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery-powered applications. Using an optimized vertically integrated PNP (VIP) process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs, Dropout voltage - typically 200mV at 100mA load and 7mV at 1mA load. Ground pin current - typically 600µA at 100mA load and 80µA at 1mA load. Sleep mode - less than 1µA quiescent current when ON/OFF pin is pulled low.
