ADuM7703 is a high performance, second-order, Σ-Δ analogue- to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated low dropout (LDO) regulator that converts an analogue input signal into a highspeed, single-bit data stream with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Typical application includes shunt current monitoring, AC motor controls, power and solar inverters, wind turbine inverters, analogue-to-digital and optoisolator replacement.
- 5MHz to 21MHz host clock input frequency
- Offset drift vs. temperature is ±0.6μV/°C max, SNR is 86dB typical and 16 bits, no missing codes
- Full-scale analogue input voltage range from ±320mV
- IDD1 is 10mA max and
- ENOB is 14bits typical
- On-board digital isolator
- 20V operation on VDD1
- High CMTI of 150KV/μs minimum, VDD2 = 3.3V
- 8 lead SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
