AD45335KBCZ is an AD45335 32-channel, 14-bit denseDAC® with an on-chip high-voltage output amplifier. The AD45335 is targeted for optical micro-electromechanical systems. The output voltage range is programmable through the REF-IN pin. The output range is 0V to 50V when REF-IN = 1 V, and 0V to 200V when REF-IN = 4V. REF-IN is buffered internally on the AD45335 and must be driven from a stable reference source. The selected digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) register is written using the 3-wire interface. The serial peripheral interface (SPI) operates at clock rates of up to 30MHz. Typical applications are optical microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), optical crosspoint switches, micropositioning applications using piezoelectric actuators, and level settings in automotive tests and measurements.
