AD76071 is a 14-bit, simultaneous sampling, analogue-to-digital data acquisition system (DAS). The part contains analogue input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 14-bit charge redistribution, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. Typical applications include power-line monitoring and protection systems, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems, multiaxis positioning systems and data acquisition systems (DAS).

• Single 5V analogue supply and 2.3V to 5.25V VDRIVE
• True bipolar analogue input ranges: ±10V, ±5V and 8 simultaneously sampled inputs
• Fully integrated data acquisition solution: analogue input clamp protection
• Input buffer with 1Mohm analogue input impedance and second-order antialiasing analogue filter
• Flexible parallel/serial interface: SPI/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
• Pin-compatible solutions from 14 bits to 18 bits
• 7KV ESD rating on analogue input channels, fast throughput rate: 200KSPS for all channels
• 85.5dB SNR at 50KSPS, INL ±0.25LSB, DNL ±0.25LSB and low power: 100mW at 200KSPS
• 64 lead LQFP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
