AD7995 is a low power, successive approximation ADC with an I²C®-compatible interface. It normally remain in a shutdown state, powering up only for conversions. The conversion process is controlled by a command mode, during which each I²C read operation initiates a conversion and returns the result over the I²C bus. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single power supply and features a 1µs conversion time. It is widely used in application such as system monitoring, battery-powered systems, data acquisition, medical instruments etc.

- Shutdown mode is 1µA maximum
- Resolution is 10bits, sequencer operation
- 4 analogue input channels/3 analogue input channels with reference input
- Total harmonic distortion is −75dB typ
- Signal-to-noise and distortion (SINAD) is 61dB typ
- Gain temperature drift is 0.50ppm/°C
- Channel-to-channel isolation is −90dB at (fIN = 10kHz)
