MAX31790EVKIT#

The MAX31790EVKIT# is an evaluation kit for the MAX31790 six channel PWM output fan RPM controller. The MAX31790 controls the speeds of up to six fans using six independent PWM outputs. The desired fan speeds (or PWM duty cycles) are written through the I2C interface. The EV kit provides hardware and software graphical user interface (GUI) necessary to evaluate the MAX31790 fan RPM controller. The EV kit includes a MAX31790ATI+ installed, as well as a USB-to-I2C interface. The USB-to-I2C master section on the EV kit labelled DS3900U HID can be used to interact with the EV kit software and exercise the device's functionality. The EV kit provides headers and test points to connect user supplied fans, but does not come with a fan included.
