DSOX3PWR

The DSOX3PWR is a Power Measurement and Analysis for the InfiniiVision 3000 X-series oscilloscopes. The embedded application provides a quick and easy way of analysing the reliability and efficiency of your switching power supply. It also supports automatic probe deskew, using the U1880A deskew fixture. It also comes with the user license for the U1881A-003 PC-based power measurement and analysis software that provides even more powerful insight into your power supply measurement. Power quality of real power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, crest factor (V and I) and phase angle.

• Input measurements - Current harmonics and inrush current
• Switching measurements - Switching loss, slew rate and modulation
• Output measurements - output ripple, turn-ON/OFF time, transient response time and efficiency
• Frequency response measurements - Power supply rejection ratio (PSRR)
