XF-1029-FAR

The XF-1029-FAR from Labfacility is an ANSI mineral insulated thermocouples with 1m PFA PTFE insulated flat pair cable and tails. The sensor is Type K (nickel chromium/nickel aluminium). It has construction of flexible mineral insulated probe with stainless steel sheath, plain pot seal and 1metre extension cable. The thermocouple has single element, junction insulated from sheath (offers protection against spurious electrical signals). It has good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc.

• Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
• Insulated hot junction, plain pot seal (200°C)
• 1metre 7/0.2mm PFA PTFE insulated flat pair cable, colour coded in accordance with ANSI MC96.1
• Probe diameter is 1.5m, probe length is 250mm
• Cable jacket colour is yellow
• Yellow/white positive/negative tails
• Probe temperature ranges from (Type K) -40°C to +1100°C
