RDGD31603PSMKEVM is a three phase reference design and evaluation kit populated with six GD3160 gate drivers for IGBT/SiC MOSFET devices it is compatible. The kit includes the Freedom KL25Z microcontroller hardware for interfacing a PC installed with Flex GUI software for communication to the SPI registers on the GD3160 gate drive devices in either daisy chain or standalone configuration. It can be used for double pulse and short circuit testing on single phase and full three phase applications development.
