LTM4658EY#PBF

LTM4658EY#PBF is a low VIN, high-efficiency 10A step-down DC/DC µModule® regulator. Included in the package is the switching controller, power MOSFET, inductor and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, it supports an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN set by external resistors. Its high-efficiency design delivers 10A continuous output current. Only ceramic input and output capacitors are needed. It employs a silent switcher 2 architecture with internal hot loop bypass capacitors to achieve both low EMI and high efficiency at high switching frequencies. It also supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, selectable pulse-skipping mode operation, and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing. The application includes telecom, datacom, networking system, optical module, industrial equipment, point-of-load regulation.

• 25-pin BGA package, temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
