8.19.28 is a J-Link PLUS Compact. The software-enhanced J‑Link PLUS Compact (J-Link PLUS Compact) includes a 20‑pin, 0.1″ ribbon cable. Additional adapters (sold separately) are available as required by the target hardware. No power supply is required, as the unit is powered through USB. It includes the J‑Link GDB Server, J‑Flash, J‑Link RDI/RDDI, and J‑Link Unlimited Flash Breakpoints.
